Why some fake goods may not be so fake
Anyone who has gone overseas, especially to Asia, has shopped in 'night markets' or 'ladies markets' and wondered how a rolex or prada could be so cheap. One thinks, "They can't be the real thing, but some cheap imitation, done far from the real production line." (Yes, an actual quote from my brain thinking.) But is it possible that the only thing keeping that counterfeit from being counterfeit is the time it was made, something called the 'third shift'. Don't be surprised if that cheap prada on ebay (of course it can't be real) is closer to real than you think.
