End of Analog Ads

For some bizarre reason there are "If you watch TV using an antenna" ads (PSA's) airing on cable channels like Food Network. They are warning people that analog TV is ending and all of them watching TV via an antenna need to get a converter box to see digital over-the-air channels. Wrong audience people! They can't see Food Network or any other cable channel with their current antenna. Are they hoping to catch these antenna people watching cable TV at a friend's house? Just bizarre.
